Why go to generic job coaches who have limited knowledge or experience in the unique school hiring process when you can work with the people who actually do the hiring.  EdJobCoaches are veteran school leaders who have the experience you need to help you get the job that you want. They are talented at what they do and will spend their time with you tailoring their coaching services to meet your specific needs. You may only need some quick assistance in reviewing and editing your resume or writing a unique cover letter before submitting your application for a job. Or, you may need multiple sessions with our coaches to help you build an e-portfolio, or plan and rehearse for an interview or demo lesson/administrative presentation. Either way, we can help you and that's why we don't have a set fee for our coaching services. Instead, we will charge you only for the time you need us and while we don't guarantee you will get a job teaching, we do promise you will have the edge you need to succcessfully compete for one.
