Gregg Festa

Gregg is a veteran school principal with over twenty years of experience leading teacher search committees, hiring new teachers, and mentoring pre-service and first-year teachers, supervisors, vice principals and principals at the elementary, high school, and higher education levels. Gregg serves as a clinical faculty member in the teacher education department at a local university as well as an adjunct professor in the educational leadership program where he oversees the development of new teachers and school leaders. Gregg leads the New Jersey Educational Computing Cooperative (NJECC), his local administrator's association, and serves on the curriculum and legislative committees for the New Jersey Principal and  Supervisor Association.  Gregg is passionate about developing the next generation of teachers.
